Six Simple Steps from Admissions to Enrollment
- Step 1
Schedule a tour of Albert Einstein Academy by calling, emailing, or completing an online form.

Tours of Albert Einstein Academy are available on Wednesdays and by appointment throughout the year.
- Step 2
Complete the Application for Admission and submit to Albert Einstein Academy with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
(Optional) Parents interested in pursuing Financial Aid should complete the Parent’s Financial Statement available online via School and Student Services for Financial Aid (SSS) at http://sss.nais.org/ The AEA School Code is 1177.
- Step 3
Provide required documentation and paperwork.
Submit to Albert Einstein Academy:
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- Completed Kindergarten Questionnaire
Submit to your child’s current school:
- Signed Permission for Release of Information form
- Recommendation for Admission forms
- Step 4
Bring your child to Albert Einstein Academy on his or her scheduled assessment date. Note: Some students may require a private educational assessment.
- Step 5
Receive a letter from Albert Einstein Academy that states whether or not your child has been accepted to the school.
- Step 6
Submit to Albert Einstein Academy the following paperwork:
- Enrollment Contract
- Non-refundable deposit
