Music, Fine Arts, Library & Physical Education
Each week, Albert Einstein Academy enriches students’ daily general and Judaic curriculum through music, fine arts, library, and physical education.
In Music, students learn level appropriate theory, including tonality, rhythm, harmony, reading/writing notation, and form.
Our Fine Arts Program includes creative experimentation with a variety of art media to build skills, while expanding imagination and creativity. Art shows and displays throughout our building feature our students’ art. The school also participates in an artist-in-residence program that brings local and regional artists to the school to work with students in a variety of media.
Our Library Program fosters lifelong learning and a love of reading. Our library shelves contain a wide-variety of materials that promote information literacy and literature appreciation.
Through our Physical Education Program, students improve their gross motor development with games and exposure to various sports. Instruction promotes leadership, teamwork, cooperation, as well as fitness. An on-campus indoor pool provides students the opportunity to obtain water skills through regular instruction. A monthly Health class is an important component of our Physical Education program. After school team sports are also available to students.
